Migraine, Headache, Pain In Neck And Head, Nausea

I have migranes regular but I woke with a headache 4 days ago and it will not go away. I feel out of balance at times - my neck hurts the pain seems to run from the base of my head to my temple area (also behind my left eye ) I get nausea off and on and then I get hot flashes that make me feel like I am going to throw up. I am 43 and both of my grandmothers have had an aneurism? should I be worried?
