From the description it appear that you have severe respiratory infection which need to be managed as soon as possible to prevent complication. For that you can meet nearby general physician. For symptomatic relief you can take analgesic like Paracetamol.
Blocked ear indicate that infection has spread to ear (via Eustachian tube). Currently if you have headache it is more likely due to respiratory and ear infection.
Migraine is chronic condition and require long term treatment, which can be planned after improvement in headache.
Wish you good health and all the best.
