Hello, I am concerned I might be having my third ectopic. I had a regular period but I have very dull achy pain in my shoulder and a pain in my left side. When I ate a big meal, my entire abdominal area really hurt. I don t want to be concerned but this is how I felt my first time but a pregnancy test is negative and I would be 7 weeks by now if I was. What are your thoughts?
