gastroesophageal reflux disease. You need to bring some lifestyle changes- Avoid fried , spicy foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Drink lot of water. Do not sleep immediately after taking meals. Do not keep your stomach empty have 5-6 small meals rather than 2 major meals. Avoid
smoking, alcohol. Fast food should be avoided, instead snack on fruits. Exercise daily for 45 minutes 5 times a week.
