Mental stress has aggravated gastrointestinal disorders. The causes of gastrointestinal are many and different and to find the cause you need some tests to determine the diagnosis. The following tests are necessary for the diagnosis: 1. Abdominal ultrasound. 2. Rectosigmoidoscopy. 3. Complete blood count. 4. Liver function test. 5. Urine test.
You should avoid milk, coffee, alcoholic drinks, spicy and fried foods in order to avoid gastrointestinal disorders.
Consult your gastroenterologist.
