Menstrual problem with PCOD

i had my ultrasound and small follicle are seen in both ovaries situated peripherely .right ovary measures16.1cc and left measures free fluids are seen in culdesac.ultrasound findings are polycystic ovaries ....... i am not having menstrual properly .and i need to know whether it can cause any problem regarding pregnancy?wht i can do?
