Menopause, Hot Flashes, Skin Rash On Neck, Lack Of Sleep. Using Herbs. Treatment For Hot Flashes?
Age 60 menopause ...whatever herb I take for hotflashes I always develop and skin rash on my neck after a few days. When I stop taking whatever herb I m using for the week it goes away...when I start it back it appears again. Can t find anything to take for these horrible hot flashes. So tired from not sleeping...what to do?

If you got problem with herbs then do not take.
These herbs are not going to help.
