Hi My name is Bea. I dont feel unwell but at the same time dont feel great. Yesterday I had a sore and itchy breast and thought maybe I had an insect bite but nothing to see, today my breast has been very sore, cant feel any lumps or anything though. I have had shingles before and wonder if I could have it again??? I am 56 and menopausal. Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Though shingles can recur again but chances are very less. Also your symptoms do not point towards shingles. Sometimes after menopause itching can occur due to hormonal change in body. Take tablet cetirizine, apply an emollient cream and mild steroid cream to soothe the itchy area.
Hope this helped.
Take care
