Menopausal. Frequent Urination, Sensation Of Heat, Exhausted. History Of Endometriosis. What Do I Worry About?

i am 44 yr old female, history of endometriosis, 12 proceedures, last having endometriosis callculous on my urethera 3 years ago. i am in menopause, and having severe urination at night up to 10 to 14 times a night. i have to force to urine out, and only s all portion comes out, i feel anxiety prior to having to urinate coupled with hot feelings through my body. i also feel extreme thrist at night, but monitor my liquid intake as i know my frequent urination will only keep me up more should i drink at night. can anyone shed light on what is going on, am exhausted in the day ... and fustrated throughout the night. responding to the doctors answer :- i have just undergone an ultrasound, which came back all normal ie kidneys , bladder. i have never had a conclusive answer as to whether endometriosis can continue to grow on the onset of woman undergoing a complete hysterectomy. i was lead to believe that without ovaries , and the lack of hormonal produced oestrogen the disease can no longer survive, hence nolonger occurring endo disease. at the time 3 years ago of an endometriosis calculus being discovered on my left ureter, i had signs of an initial deposit of endometrisios on my right ureter. this concerns me, could it have developed even without oestrogen ? and be causing the discomfort and unwellness i am feeling OR NOT? please someone help ....

Hi,
It seems that this problem might be due to menopause.
Another possibility of having spread of endometriosis to urinary tract.
Consult your Gynaec and get examined.
Ultra sound will be helpful to know the position of Endometriosis.
Ok and ake care.
