Medicines to increase low sperm count / production

Hello doctor , Am suffering from low sperm count my count was 1ml, can please suggest any tablets or medicines to improve sperm count production . Thanks in advance

Dear thanks for choosing health care magic.First of all try to take healthy diet comprising of good quality proteins,vitamins and minerals.Avoid too much of strees.As in today's life nutritional deficiency and stress are the biggest factors for low sperm count.So first look for this.As far tablets are concerned you can take folic acid tabelts for it.Other medicines need to be prescribed by your doctor depending upon the deficiency that you have .ok buy
