im having white hair and hair fall. Please suggest me how to control these two major problems.

White hairs...called Grey hairs..,
no treatment .....Bcos it is due to genetic predisposition..,
only controllable by using dyes and henna..,
Hair fall.....good medicines are available..,
Tab Biotin 10 mg daily for 2 months..,
Topical Minoxidil lotion ...,

1 - you should avoid using hair creams , and gel which have perfume ,or any hair perfume
2- start using Maha Bhirngraja Taila twice in a week
3 - include fruits in your daily diet
