welcome to HealthcareMagic
It depends on the type of blood test you are undergoing & the medicine .If you are a diabetic & need to do a fasting sugar test then absolutely no medicine is to be taken.Anyway for any blood test better done on fasting & even better without medicine so that results are not compromised.
