hello and thanks for the query,

I understand every thing.
Please do understand that anxiety causes increased blood pressure. So please be calm.
The blood pressure will come down gradually. It takes time and a few visits to the doctor to adjust the dose of medicine needed to bring the pressure down. So this is usual and no need to worry about it. Also discuss about causes of blood pressure at such a young age with your doctor. Obesity, kidney diseases, hormonal issues and adrenal gland problems can lead to hypertension at young age.
As regards pregnancy, you can get pregnant once the pressure is controlled. It is true that the risk of developing a high blood pressure will be greater if you already have hypertension, but may women go through pregnancy without any complications. I believe in being positive. It may be possible that the pregnancy will go very easy and safe. Anxiety does not provide solutions. It only complicates matters. So stop being anxious and work to keep anxiety at bay.

Try some accessory measures to reduce the blood pressure like eat home cooked low salt food, exercise daily, eat fruits and juices, meditation and yoga also help to decrease stress. Try avoid stress at work. Spend some time for your self and try to maintain a positive attitude.

You will do well. You have a long and beautiful life before you.
Hope this satisfies your query.
