Medical Abortion, Heavy Bleeding, Brown Discharge. Ultrasound Normal, Bleeding Again. D&C Required?
( my last period was 22/04 to 26/04) i had a medical abortion ( abortion pill ) on May 24th..i had heavy bleeding afterwards. Since that day i had bleeding on and off and about 2 weeks ago i had brown odorless discharge i went to my doctor she checked in the ultrasound and said it is normal. she gave me some medications 2 stop the bleeding. it was the same, few days ago i had blood again ( is it period) ??? am so worried and confused, do i need a D&C ? please help me.

Sometimes there is an endometrial thickness after complete abortion
Take tranexamic acid for 3-5 days , if still bleeding , D & C would be better
