Hi. Welcome To HealthcareMagic

Children and teens can lower their risk of getting heart disease by changing or controlling the risk factors that can lead to heart disease later in life.

High blood pressure
High cholesterol
Smoking
Obesity
Physical inactivity

Make sure you have normal Blood pressure and normal cholesterol profile.
Avoid smoking; maintain weight within normal limits, regular physical activity will help in long term to reduce the risk of heart diseases.
