Welcome to Health Care Magic Forum,
Usually measles vaccine is not known to cause any fever or such problem. His increased urination is pointing towards probably some infection in his urine and its wise to get that checked before even you proceed further. Please consult a physician and get his urine tested. Continue to give good amount of liquids till then. Take care. Im sure he will get well soon.
