Measles Vaccine, Fever, Cough, Frequent Urination, Cold, Loss Of Appetite

my 8 mnth old son got his measles vaccine on 16th,he had high fever on 19th with a little cough ,on 20th-he had fever around 100.2 with cold n cough but was passing 8-10 urine in a day.today again the fever has gone up to 101 n his cold is very bad.also he is passing aroud 4-6 urine in a day.i am giving him lot of water to drink but he is eating very less.please advise.

Usually measles vaccine is not known to cause any fever or such problem. His increased urination is pointing towards probably some infection in his urine and its wise to get that checked before even you proceed further. Please consult a physician and get his urine tested. Continue to give good amount of liquids till then. Take care. Im sure he will get well soon.
