May I Start Some Exercise Myself, Instead Of Going To A Physiotherapist For Recovery After A Fracture?

hello doctor myself gbkbkPH,I had neck of femur fracture but its operated in 3rd june 2013 nd my doctor gave me 6 duration to get well.I am using walker(frame) to walk since 17th july 2013.I want to know may I start some exercise myself at instead of going physiotherpist.

I would suggest you to meet physio and at least 3 visit as results are much better, i would not recommend you to start physio by your self. You will be able to work better and leave walker much earlier after specialist's advice.
