hi doctor hw are you this xxxx.hey i am XXXXXX years of age and i have a early discharge problem when i was 14 years i am doing hand practice that time i have done it 4 to 5 years regularly. my penis size is small now i am married and i have early discharge problem i am not able to make intercourse sex please suggest me and help me

Hi dear first of all remove all the myth from your mind about Masturbation.
Masturbation is totally normal & it doesn't cause shortening of penis.
In fact the size of penis is genetically determined & its size doesn't increase after a certain limit.
And regarding the early discharge problem(premature ejaculation), it's mostly related to anxiety that whether you will be able to perform or not.
So...don't worry about all this & be relaxed.
Other than that eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid stress, get good sleep, think positive and stay happy.
