hi sir I have masturbation habit from the age of 16.Now I am 26 and my body was completely exchausted with lower and upper back pain .Also I suffer from premature ejaculation and ejaculation during sleep.I need u r suggestion to recover from this problem because iam getting weaker and weaker in day by day..I completed stopped masturbation but still iam losing my semen during sleeping..My email id is YYYY@YYYY for u r suggestion and medicine to recover from this problem.Thank you

Masturbation is natural and not harmful for general health in anyway. dear mailgvijay as you have stopped masturbation its your choice do one thing start regular exercise , eat healthy food take supplements try anti depressant Tab. Recita 5mg at bed time for 4 weeks you will feel better.
