I take the following vitamins , cinnamon, flax seed oil, fish oil, potassium , B-12, D, and Centrum Silver. All of my vitamins are in tablet form. Do you think I m taking too many or defeating the purpose by mixing and matching? I m a very healthy marathon runner, 62 year old women. Or maybe you could suggest a different/variety of vitamins.
