Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You have excessive stretching and movement of the tail bone cause pain called Coccydynia. You should avoid sitting down too long. During giving birth the coccyx moves backwards as the baby's head descends as well which may have loosened the attachment with other bones. You can take NSAIDs for pain relief. If no relief then you can consult Orthopaedician for intralesional steroid injection which may benefit. Last resort is it remove the small tail bone. Avoid constipation, sitting down too long, excessive forwards bending. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily.

Hello, welcome to HCM. You seem to be suffering from coccydynia. Injuring the coccyx can give rise to the condition called coccydynia. A number of tumors are known to involve the coccyx. Both coccydynia and coccygeal tumors may require surgical removal of the coccyx (coccygectomy). You should consult an orthopedic doctor for further evaluation and treatment. Till than you should avoid sitting for long times and on hard surfaces. You can take pain killers like bruffin tablets. Wish you good health.

Dear HEATHER
Greetings from health care magic.
Inflammation of the bony area (tailbone or coccyx) located between the buttocks is referred to as coccydynia. Coccydynia is associated with pain and tenderness at the tip of the tailbone between the buttocks.
Coccydynia is often caused by an injury, but there are many causes of tailbone pain which can mimic coccydynia, including sciatica, infection, pilonidal cysts, and fractured bone.
homeopathy will help a lot in coccydynia. For online homeopathy treatment visit www.multicarehomeopathy.com
Thank you
