Hi Anupam, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
What exactly is your Health Issue? Do you smoke or drink? You have Elavated Liver Enzymes which may indicate inflammation or damage to liver cells. These cells release liver enzymes, into the bloodstream, which can result in elevated liver enzymes on blood tests. In most cases, these levels are only mildly and temporarily elevated. Most of the time, elevated liver enzymes don't signal a chronic or serious liver problem. Kindly get yourself examined by a Gastroenterologist so that he can examine you and if necessary suggest few more tests to rule out any Underlying pathology.

Eat healthy Nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and Green leafy vegetables. Avoid junk and High calorie foods. Exercise regularly for an hour daily and maintain a Healthy weight. If you smoke and Drink, QUIT.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
