What does this mean on MRI report there are a few very small periventricular punctuate regions of hyper intense FLAIR signal most consist ant with mild microvascular ischemic white matter disease given the patients age I am a recovering drug addict and alcoholic and have seizures mild is this to do with this what does it mean thank you soooo much
