MRI shows mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary sinuses, infective etiology. Meaning of scan?

What is the meaning for the following sentence which result of MRI scan . Abnormal T2 hyperintensity mucosal thikening is noted in the bilateral maxillary, ethmoid, frontal and spenoid sinuses, likely of infective/inframmatory etiology. Also suggest me the remedy for the same. Also suggest me the correct doctor /specialist to meet.
