MRI Shows Minor Fracture. What Can Happen If I Leave It Untreated For A Day?

Hi I have a minor fracture in the top of tibia .which happens 3 weeks ago. I know because a had a MRI scan . (Only 1 week ago) I can walk slow with a bit of a limp but no pain,bend my knee to 45 degrees, hold wEight on it while changing. I m self -employed my family solely relies on my income. Can I walk around on it for the day at work then rest in the arvo. ? What can happen ?
