MRI shows disc protrusion affecting thecal sac, cervical chain lymph nodes. Meaning of scan?

I had an MRI scan done and in the results it says there is a broad based central left paracentral disc protrusion, affecting the left anterolateral thecal sac , encroaching and narrowing the left exit neural forearm . It also said at the end Incidental note made of bilateral subcentimetre level II cervical chain lymph nodes what does this mean
