Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Calcified granuloma in the brain is due to a larval cyst because of neurocysticercosis or tuberculous infection.

As child had 3 episode of seizures, she requires long term medication with anticonvulsant drugs.

She needs further evaluation for tuberculous and cysticercous cyst with investigations and specific medication depending on the cause.

Hence I advise you to consult the doctor for management.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
