MRI Shows A Pituitary Tumor, Focus Of Low Signal And Small Focus Of Calcification Fibriosis. Worry?

My MRI shows a pituitary tumor 9x7x7, a 2mm focus of low signal on all sequence, that suggest a small focus of calcification fibrosis , or old hemorrhage. Also mild diffused brain volume loss, greater than expected for patient s age. Can you break all this down for me? Is it serious, do I have something serious going on?
