Hi, my mri report says I have a central disk protrusion at c3 and c4 that slightly indents the thecal sac. Also a moderate moderate left foraminal stenosis at c5 and c6. Should I be concerned, and what will happen if the thecal sac would bust. Thank you I'm just worried and my doctor said not to worry, but I have severe paine a kneck spasms. Please explain what I should do.
