Hello
welcome to health care magic
MRI report shows deviated nasal septum(DNS) towards right side.and it also shows minimal bilateral maxillary sinusitis..else other were normal
you need to control sinusitis infection 1st by taking antibiotics..
If you dont control the infection of sinuses,,it will lead to necrosis of the maxillary bone and severe complications
If your DNS is trouble some like for cosmetic disfigurement,,consult ENT specialist and get rectified...
Minimal DNS is present in many individuals and no need to worry about that.if the deviation is more you amy suffer from recurrent headache, sinus infections, nasal bleeds etc,... it is corrected by either septoplasty or spetorhinoplasty depending upon the tissue which is deviated..
Hope you understand my suggestion..
Thank you
