M R I:- Cervical spine on 14 july 10 evidence of complelete frature disarticulation at c5/c6 interface i fracture across c6 vertebral body resulting in compelete disruption of vertebral column i overriding of two ends of spine over one another in antero-posterior plane.D1-2 DISC/PLL shows disruption i angulation at interface . marked impingement of spinal cord by c5/c6 vertibra seen i severe impingement of spinal cord & large cord contusion opp.c4-c7 vertebral levels i severe cord lacreation opp c6 MRI c-spine epidural collection seen at cervico-dorsal extent. ........................
sir plz i confirm that this report regarding any solution favour paitent for good health ..

This is an extremely abnormal report demonstrating a serious injury. It would be impossible to make an informed comment without any clinical information.
I suggest you need information from a number of specialists including trauma, neurosurgeon, intensive care, rehabilitation.
