Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hai Sanjay. Do u have parasthesia and numbness on rest or only on exertation. if you symptoms are getting better or getting worse or static. if it is getting better i dont advice surgery. but if it is restricting your mobility and activity than you should go for surgery. being a would be doctor i advice you to get examined by a senior spine surgeon and not dynamic surgeon and go for dicision
thank you and get well soon
