MDMA Taken One Month Back, Drank Alcohol, Having Anxiety, Paranoia, Nervousness. Treatment?
Hello I took mdma a month and a bit ago, i feel fine until i drunk some alcohol recently and it is like the side effect re apear. At first i think it might just be my self concious taking over. I do think about the time allot when it happend because i was in a very bad state and took 1 gram of it. I feel physicaly fine but i feel anxious and paranoid and somewhat nervous. I have learnt my lesson though.
I understand your concerns. MDMA taken one month back is probably not going to be in your system for a long time. I also advice you to consult a psychiatrist for the alcohol problem as well as having anxiety, paranoia and nervousness as it is probably going to be helpful in the long run and in identifying any other psychosocial needs for which you might need a psychological referral. I believe that you should do well with consulting a psychiatrist as soon as possible.
I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
