General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Lipoma, swelling from fat tissue,is the commonest swelling which occurs in various sites.
No need for higher investigations like MRI initially.
Please meet a surgeon and get examined clinically.
You can ask him to remove one swelling and send it for histopathological examination(Biopsy).
Wish you good health
Regards
