Lumps On Buttocks, Bleeding, Soreness
Hi, my problem is that at the top of my bum I have two lumps . They are like spots but I have had them for a couple of months. Lately for no reason they have started bleeding . It is not lots of blood but when they bleed they get very sore which causes me problems when I sit. I just want to make sure it s nothing serious.

Your lumps could be Herpes , or squamous cell carcinoma or folliculitis .
I would suggest that you should visit a Dermatologist who will examine the area and rule out the above differential diagnosis. Please do get it checked as it has been existing at the site for a couple of months as you have mentioned .
