Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
There are many lymph nodes in our body out of which if a person is not very fat many are palpable on normal touch or examination.Also such lumps that is lymph nodes are palpable in diseases like Tuberculosis and some other diseases.Presently if you are not having pain;tenderness;fever;loss of weight or any other symptom then no need to worry;also you did blood test which are normal that goes to say that the lumps are lymph nodes for sure and in all probability you do not have any disease.You can consult a doctor after a month if they still are there and if required get investigated if he asks you to do so.
Thanks

Pediatrician Dr. Diana Divakar's  Response
Hi,
Well, swelling in the neck and armpits generally means enlarged lymphnodes which could mean anything simple or complicated. The ideal protocol is that any lymph node in the axilla should be considered significant. I would advise you to do a complete antibiotic course for 7 to 10 days, (generally cloxacillin) and then get yourself re-evaluated for the change in the size of the nodes. If the size is reducing, there is definitely nothing to worry, if the size is persistent or increasing and painless, you might need a further workup towards the diagnosis.
