Hi, Welcome to Healthcaremagic!

These lumps are painful, mobile or not? Most likely, they may be enlarged lymph glands but a clinical examination by your child specialist is essential. Cause may be as benign as from head lice to infections like TB. See a pediatrician ASAP. Good luck.

Hi dear
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

When did these swellings appear?Generally in kids due to repeated throat infections , lymph node s swell up.Then they would be painful too.It could be infectious. This needs medical evaluation , for sure , with a Pediatrician.I advise you to visit your Pediatrician and get evaluated. He may advise few antibiotics to treat any infection.

Take care.
