Lumps Behind Ear, On Neck, Inner Thigh. Is It Serious?

My 3 month old has had 3 lumps behind her ear on her neck since she was about 1 month old. The dr told me it was just swollen lymph nodes and not to worry. Just today I noticed another pea sized lump in her groin area near her inner thigh. The lumps on neck have gotten bigger. Could it be something more serious? Should I get a second or third opinion?

dear mother / father kindly tell me has your baby been given B.C.G vaccine? does your or your spouse's maternal or paternal side suffer from tuberculosis ever in their life? that is, whether there is family history of tuberculosis in your family. secondly tell me whether the marriage in between you two is within relation? also tell me whether your babay has fever? does your baby take feed properly?is there any history of the mother of 3 month old consume any drug for some ailment during pregnancy? is this child of your's the first child of your's ? or if there is any sibbling with similar history in family?...dear parent,....without knowing answers to all this it is not possible to diagnose what your child is suffering from . also some investigations may be required. hence i would advise you to visit a pediatrician as wel a skin specialist for above complaint.
