Lumps Behind Ear, Headache, Tender Stomach, Loose Stools, Fever, Body Pain. Connected Symptoms?

hi, yesterday i woke up with body aches and slight fever . towards mid-day i developed tender stomach and slightly loose stool . by afternoon, i felt light and energy less. i had headache and also my bone aches. one month ago, i developed two bone swells or lumps behind my left ear. met doctor, they told me not to worry. i would like to know if these two are connected. i want to meet specialist and which one could that be.
