Lump Under Shaft Of Penis, Pain When Squeezed, Fluid Oozing

I have a hard lump under my shaft of penis that has a sharp pain when squeezed very similar to a hemeroid and i lanced it and it just bled and secreted a clear fluid wife thaught it might be a broken vessel that got infamed but not sure and after lancing it it fills back up almost feels like the adhesion on my stomach but like a sharp pinprick feeling when squeezed

the lesion must have been a benign cyst in the penis containing clear fluid. It will not have any future medical consequences just watch out because sometimes it may get infected. just clean it everyday with soap and water.
