Hello, probably it could be just a harmless thing which gets inflamed when you have oral sex, if the size of the swelling increases or it gets highly painful, it means it has got infected but since it disappears and is the size of a pinhead , it should not be a problem at all, you only need to divert your boyfriend!!

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You can have bartholin cyst & it is painless but persistent.
However when it gets infected creates an unbearable pain.
Right now if it is creating problem it can be excised.
For that you can consult your gynaecologist for further evaluation.
I hope your query has been answered.
Regards,
