Lump On The Testicle. Could This Be A Vein?
Hello..I have a per sized maby smaller lump at the bottom of my right testy it doesn't hurt at all and is def part of my testy I think it gets smaller and bigger depending in the day I've noticed it for months sometimes I think it's a vein sticking out from erousel but last night I noticed it did not go away and I already had sex what do u think

As per your query,it looks like an inflammatory swelling.
An enlarged vein will disappear on lying down posture as the blood flows upwards.
The correct diagnosis is obtained by ultrasound scrotum.
It is not related to sex
