Lump On The Nose. Bad Breath, Snoring, Headaches, Pressure In The Nose. Could This Be Due To Sinus Infection?

just noticed hard lump on the top of my nose. it feels like bone but wasn t always there. my roommate says it could be a sinus infection because of: loud snoring , bad breath when i wake up, pressure in bridge of my nose, headaches, some teeth pain, and dark circles under my eyes. is that true or could it be something else

Sinusitis will not cause any lumps over nose. But your symptoms suggest that you may have sinusitis. Do you have any nasal discharge or nasal obstruction. You require a diagnostic nasal endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis and plan furhter treatment.
