I have had a lump on my bottom for about 6 months. It is not painfull or have any color. I have assumed it was a fatty tumor . Today, it squeezed it to get an idea if it was getting bigger or smaller and it popped like a pimple . A bunch of white pussy fluid (not cottage cheese like) and smelly (like foot odor ) came out. I continued to squeeze it and a lot more came out. There was no blood and it still does not look like a sore (normal color of my skin). What can this be? It doesn t seem like a boil becasue the skin color has not changed and there was no blood in it.
