Lump On Inside Of Left Arm, Sore To Touch
I have a lump on inside of left arm closer to elbow inbetween bicep and tricep. I have had now for two to three months. But today it's sore to touch. No workout for months now since figured I might have caused it during workout so stopped for time being. Like I said months now and now it's sore about size 1/2 inch in diameter.
