Lump near groin, grows bigger. Concerned

Hello there, I have a strange lump right in between my left inner thigh and scrotum directly in the crease. It s been reoccurring now for maybe a year. Actually it seems to be always there because I can feel the lump under my skin and it grows bigger until it pops and it leaks puss with a little bit of blood . It feels like a solid mass underneath the skin maybe the size of a pea. I wonder if its related to a problem I have had underneath my left armpit, that has what feels like solid mass underneath the skin the leaked puss occasionally. My armpit seems to have stopped leaking but still has the mass underneath the skin that feels similar to the problem near my groin . My main concern though is the lump near my groin because it does not appear to be going away and looks unsightly.

General Surgeon 's  Response
The swelling in the groin is an abscess.
IT could be due to spread of infection through blood stream from armpit.
It should be incised and drained completely.
I prescribe antibiotic Clindamycin ,anti inflammatory medicine to my patients with similar complaints.
Consult a surgeon and proceed accordingly.
Wish you good health
