General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi,
This may be due to lymph node enlargement. This may be seen in few patients after flu shot. You may also develop mild fever, myalgia. If the swelling does not disappear in couple of days or any severe reaction, chest pain, breathlesssness then need to consult your doctor. Till then no need to worry. Can take NSAID for pain or myalgia if develops.
