Lump inside knee. Will it grow bigger? Solution?

Hi, I have a huge bony bump on the inside of my right knee. I did have meniscus of the knee many years ago, and cured it quickly with DMSO & progest e from Ray Peat ---and it was good for many years, with no pain. I had been told then that I had osteoarthritis of the knees---and only now has the pain come up, since I now have a GFR of 48-60 and have stopped taking my Joint Advantage (which helped with NO pain all these years)----My question is: 1---will the bump keep getting bigger and bigger, and what can i do to stop it? 2---For my Kidney Disease, I am taking Standard Process Renatrophin and Dr. Joseph Mercola s Ubiquinol (CoQ10, 300 mg. a day)---and eating lots of parsely. 3--for my Osteo in Knees, i m taking Organic India brand of tumeric from Dr. Joseph Mercola and also 1/4-1/2 tsp. of Red Mill baking soda with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 lemon before bed. Also Miracle II neutralizer which takes the pain away right away. But I am looking for a product that will BUILD MY CARTILAGE AND STILL NOT HARM MY KIDNEY DISEASE, WHICH IS VERY HARD TO FIND. I ALSO HAVE HIGH cholesterol , (although my hdl is super high)---hypothyroid, kidney disease, osteo in knees--I m 84 yrs. old Chinese woman and do NOT take any drugs. I m going to the best nephrologist in Honolulu, Hawaii, and he has told me NOTHING. I have to treat myself, and learned that I am not to take ANY vitamins or supplements without asking him. he doesn t know anything about it. HELP!!! Sorry to be so long, but hope you can give me some info, as kidney disease is so limiting,---can t eat anything but water.---and white bread, white flour, and jelly beans, and canned peaches in heavy syrup----(partial diet, scary). Thank you so much, aloha, YYYY@YYYY
