Lump In The Spot Of Hit On Left Arm, Hurts When Turned. Is It Minor ?
HI, Today i banged myleft arm really hard on my metal staircase. It still hurts and now there is a lump in the spot where I hit it. whenever I turn my arm to the left it hurts alot and i sometimes get a tingly feeling in my fingers and it hurts when i type or press hard. Could i have possibly hit a vein and should i see a physician or is it something minor

The swelling is heamatoma,i.e collection of blood occured due to trauma.
It will resolve spontaneously in course of time.
But,take an Anti inflammatory drug.Apply cold sponging too over the affected area.
Nothing to worry.
