Lump In The Armpit, Pimples On Sweating. Due To Blocked Glands?
About 2 months ago i found a lump under my left armpit and went to the dr. He said if was probably a blocked gland and let him know if it comes back. It went away within a week but now came back and I m concerned. 3 weeks ago i started exercising regularly and noticed some extra pimples because of the sweat but this worries me. 40 year old male.

Hi,
The problem which you encounter is probably Hidradenitis suppurativa.It is due to block with infection of apocrine gland.You can take C.Doxy1 100mg once daily for 3 weeks with topical Clingard twice daily for the lesions to subside.If its not responding i will start you on oral retinoids after thorough investigation.
